How this sample was made
- The brief
- Past residential customers with no visit in 18 or more months. The offer is a fall cleanup with core aeration at $149, a sample price, before the first frost. The voice is plain, local and helpful, not pushy.
- The words
- Written from that brief by the copy tool this service uses. Its claims check rewrites any specific the business did not supply, such as a licence, a rating, years in business or a statistic. It flagged nothing in this email.
- The choice
- Three versions were written and scored against the tool’s quality rubric (86, 86, 84 out of 100). This one shares the top score. The other two subject lines appear in the sample automation.
- The layout
- Rendered through the same path a client campaign takes: approved first, then sent to a test inbox by the delivery engine, into a table-based layout that reflows from 600 px to 375 px. The engine adds the footer itself: the sender, a physical mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe link. In this sample that link opens a page that explains it, because the recipient is fictional.
- For a real client
- The business’s own name, address, booking link and prices go in. Each recipient gets their own one-click unsubscribe link. The client approves the exact email, at both widths, before anything is sent.

Example Lawn & Garden, Anytown and every person, address and link on this page are invented for the sample. Nothing here describes a real business or a real campaign.
